Seeds are versatile, delicious and packed with nutrition. Introduce super seeds into your diet:

  1. Sprinkle hemp seeds on a kale salad.

  2. Replace half the olive oil in a vinaigrette with tahini.

  3. Add chia seeds to a yogurt parfait.

  4. Make your own BBQ pepitas by roasting them with olive oil, salt, black pepper and smoked paprika.

  5. Use a “flax egg” or “chia egg” instead of eggs when baking whole grain muffins.
