DIY Refreshing Electrolyte Recipe
2 cups water or coconut water
1/2 cup 100% orange juice
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 tsp honey, maple syrup, or 1-2 dates
Optional: mint leaves, cucumber slices, muddled strawberries or melon (you could really use any herb or fruit, including frozen fruit).
