Emilia is a registered dietitian nutritionist based in New Jersey. As a wellness consultant, she specializes in corporate wellness and nutrition communication. Emilia has professional experience in nutrition education, university and retail food service, nutrition counseling, recipe development and analysis, personal training, and group fitness. She previously was the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for Great Performances.

Emilia graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian from Princeton University. She holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Communication and Behavior Change from Tufts University and completed her supervised practice dietetic internship with a focus in worksite wellness and health promotion. Emilia is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
