How to Add Flavor to Your Beverages

Drinking plain water all day can feel monotonous. Try these creative ways to stay hydrated.

  • Make infused water by adding fresh, chopped fruit and herbs to your water bottle. Wash the outside of the produce well before adding it to your water.

    • Watermelon + mint

    • Strawberry + basil

    • Cucumber + lemon

    • Raspberry + lime

    • Peach + ginger

  • Choose unsweetened, flavored seltzer water.

  • Make unsweetened iced tea in a variety of flavors such as hibiscus, lemon ginger and mint.

  • Freeze chopped herbs like mint or basil into ice cubes to use in water, seltzer or unsweetened tea.
