  3. Set a SMART goal, which is specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound. Write down your goal and pick a future day to evaluate progress. Adjust the goal over time.

  4. Move your body. Block off time on your calendar to do a brief walk outside or walk around inside during a call. Take a moment to stretch. Every minute of movement counts.
